Quality assurance
Our ISO9001:2000-certified factory, covering an area of 1,600 square meters, is equipped with four production lines. We conduct a strict IQC system for your quality assurance. A well operated QC lab was established for test, monitor, inspect the quality product and analyze the yield rate. To ensure the performance of our products, 3 QC staff with not less than 3 years' experience implements inspection on raw material. Final quality control is performed before shipment. As a result, we maintain a 1% return record. 
Production capability
With a workforce of around 150 staff members, we can produce 100,000 sets of joy pads monthly. Our annual export turnover is up to USD $1,200,000 and annual sales volume reaches RMB 1 million. General orders can be shipped in 20 days.
